QUESTIONS OWNERS ASK

Will this actually grow my restaurant?

How does TableSpring help me get more orders?

Three ways, and none of them is buying you traffic. Your own ordering page lets the people already searching for you order in two taps instead of finding a marketplace listing. Your Google Business Profile — the panel that appears when someone searches your name — gets an order link pointing at your page rather than an aggregator's. And every order builds a customer list you can actually reach, with offers and loyalty rewards that bring guests back without paying for the introduction twice.

Will my website rank higher on Google?

We build the things search engines need and most restaurant sites are missing: structured data describing your restaurant and menu in a form Google can read, a fast mobile page, your own custom domain, a sitemap, and menu content that updates the moment you change a price. That is the half of local search you can control. Nobody can promise a position — anyone who does is selling you something. What we can say is that your site will not be the reason you are invisible.

Can you help with Google reviews?

Yes. Reviews land in the same dashboard as your orders, with the unanswered ones filtered to the top and a drafted reply you can edit before it posts. Replying is the cheapest thing an independent restaurant can do for its local search presence, and it is the thing that never gets done at the end of a shift. It comes with the Premium plan after launch.

Do I have to leave DoorDash or Uber Eats?

No, and we would not advise it. A marketplace brings you demand your own page does not, and the restaurants who do well use both. What changes is where your regulars order: a guest who already knows your name has no reason to cost you 25% of the ticket. Put your own link on your Google profile, your Instagram bio and your printed menus, and let the marketplace keep doing what it is genuinely good at — introductions.

What does 0% commission actually mean?

We take nothing per order — not a percentage, not a flat fee. You pay a monthly subscription per location, or nothing at all on the free plan. Card processing is separate and goes to your card processor at their published rate through your own account, so the money lands in your bank and the relationship is yours. The calculator on the home page shows what our flat annual fee is worth against a commission at your volume.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes, and it takes real orders — ordering page, unlimited menu items, AI menu import, QR ordering, the order management app and 0% commission, with no card required. Paid modules are bought one at a time on top of it, so a restaurant that only wants card payments buys only card payments. The bundled plans exist because most restaurants eventually want all of it, not because the free plan is a trial.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. No contract, no setup fee, no exit fee, and switching between monthly and annual costs nothing. If you cancel you can export your full menu, customer list and order history in one click — from the free plan, from day one. You have just watched a platform close with restaurants' data inside it. It should not be possible for that to happen twice.

GloriaFood is shutting down. How hard is it to move?

Send us whatever you have — a PDF of the menu you print, a photo of it, a link to your current ordering page, or your GloriaFood export — and we rebuild the menu for you, prices, descriptions, sizes and modifiers included. Oracle's date is April 30, 2027 and there is no replacement coming. The first restaurants go live in November, and we migrate waitlist members' menus before they pay anything.
