How does TableSpring's pricing compare with ChowNow's?

On ChowNow's pricing page as of October 30, 2026, plans start at $229 a month billed annually ($249 month to month), plus a setup fee of $119 to $499. TableSpring is free up to 100 online orders a month per location, with card payments, pickup and delivery included. A location that takes more adds Unlimited orders for $29 a month. Marketing (offers, loyalty and email) is $29 a month on top, if you want it. There's no setup fee and no commission.

Does TableSpring add a fee to my guests' orders?

No. Guests pay for their food, tax, any tip, and on a delivery order the delivery fee you set, which goes to you. TableSpring adds nothing for itself.

Does TableSpring connect to my POS?

No. Orders arrive on the order board in your web browser, on a phone, tablet or computer you already have, and play a sound when they come in. If you need online orders inside your POS, a service with a POS integration is the better fit.

Can you set it up for me?

Yes, for free. Most restaurants do it themselves: import your menu from a PDF, photos or a link to your current ordering page, check the draft, and publish. If you'd rather we did it, contact us and we'll set up your menu and ordering page with you, at no charge.

Is there a contract?

No. There's no contract, no setup fee and no exit fee. Paid add-ons are billed in advance, per location, and you can cancel anytime: you keep what you paid for until the end of that period, and the location goes back to the free plan.
